Nurture menus are (mostly) vegetarian, with a focus on seasonal ingredients that are local and organic, where possible. 1. COOK YOUR OWN NURTURE STORY

This is the ideal gift for when you or someone you care about has a special milestone coming up and you wish to honour that through the ritual and magic of intentional food and togetherness. Here, I design you a custom menu telling that story for you to prepare at home. You do the cooking, but I’ll be by your side to support you virtually throughout. Menus are designed to meet you at the level of cooking you feel comfortable with.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Bespoke menu design for one meal for 2-12 guests (custom cocktail, hors d’ouevre, main and sides, dessert, optional wine pairing)
• Menu PDF with shopping list, easy to follow recipes scaled to number of guests, substitution suggestions for guests with food sensitivities, introduction stories to read before serving each dish, styling tips and more
• Text/voice memo access during business hours and on event date if you have questions as you prepare
• Custom guest intake form

TIMELINE: 4-6 weeks in advance of your event

PRICING: $250

Your grocery & alcohol costs are extra and calculated according to a budget we come up with together.

2. INTIMATE EVENT FOOD STORYTELLING

A culinary love letter of a meal in celebration of your business or meaningful milestone. NOT just the ‘food for your event’ but an experience in and of itself.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Bespoke menu design and all groceries for one meal

        • Custom Mocktail
        • Hors d’Ouevres
        • Main and 2 Sides
        • Dessert

• Offsite and onsite shopping & food preparation & cleanup

• Personal narration of the meaning behind each dish as it is served

• Custom guest intake form

TIMELINE: 4 – 6 weeks in advance of event

PRICING:
8-16 guests – $80 per person (animal protein add $5 per person)
2-7 guests – $125 per person (animal protein add $5 per person)
Optional alcohol at cost.

Travel costs extra. 

3. WEEKEND RETREAT STORYTELLING

Let me take care of feeding your people while you focus on what you do best. The bonus? All of the food will be telling the story of you and your brand, while intentionally nourishing the work you and your guests are diving into.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Bespoke menu design and all groceries for 2 nights, 3 days:

      • Arrival Day Custom Mocktail and Dinner
      • Breakfast (Self Serve), Lunch and Dinner (Day Two)
      • Breakfast (Self Serve) and Lunch (Day Three)
      • Coffee and Snacks

• Offsite and onsite shopping, preparation and cleanup

• Personal narration of the meaning behind each dish as it is served

• Custom guest intake form

TIMELINE:
  8-10 weeks in advance of retreat

PRICING:
8-16 guests:
$110 per person, per day (add animal protein $10 per person, per day)
2-7 guests: flat rate package $1500 (add animal protein $10 per person, per day)

4. LONGER RETREATS FOOD STORYTELLING

For longer retreats (4-7 days), I use the same approach as the Weekend Retreat package and add a deeper layer. Food storytelling-wise, I approach this longer time we have together like a novel, with different food ‘chapters’ supporting the story of the more intensive work you are exploring with your guests, both nutritionally and energetically.

 

THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• Bespoke menu design and all groceries: Arrival Day custom cocktail and dinner, 3 daily meals for duration of retreat, ending with breakfast and lunch on the Final Day.

• Offsite & onsite shopping, preparation and cleanup

• Personal narration of the meaning behind each dish as it is served

• Custom guest intake form

TIMELINE: 8 – 10 weeks in advance of retreat

PRICING: Custom quotes available based on number of guests and meals required (add animal protein $5 per person, per day).
